Service Areas
We work east Jefferson Parish. Not the whole south shore, not four trades under one roof — air conditioning, in the places we can actually reach on the day we say we will.
Metairie
The main service area, covered in full across all five ZIP codes: 70001, 70002, 70003, 70005 and 70006. Old Metairie on the ridge, Bucktown at the lakefront, Fat City, Bonnabel Place, Airline Park and Metairie Club Gardens.
Metairie is unincorporated, so mechanical permits go through Jefferson Parish rather than the City of New Orleans — a distinction that catches out firms working mainly on the other side of the parish line. Start at the AC repair page.
Kenner
A city in its own right rather than a Metairie neighbourhood, covering 70062 and 70065 — Rivertown, Laketown, Chateau Estates, Susan Park, Driftwood, Highway Park and University City.
Two things genuinely differ there: the permit office is the City of Kenner rather than the Parish, and a large share of the housing dates from the sixties to the eighties with returns that were undersized before modern equipment existed. Details on the Kenner AC repair page.
The Rest of East Jefferson
Harahan, River Ridge, Jefferson, Elmwood and Old Jefferson are all within reach and all get the same service. They do not have pages of their own, for an honest reason: there is not enough that is genuinely different about them to justify one. A page written only to have a page is padding, and padding helps nobody choose a contractor.
Everything on the Metairie pages applies to those areas without alteration — the same humidity, the same attic ductwork, the same salt near the water, and the same Jefferson Parish permit office.
What Does Not Change Anywhere
The labour rate is the same in every one of these places. What moves a quote is the equipment, the access, and the condition of the ductwork — never the postcode. Anyone charging differently by neighbourhood is pricing your address rather than your job.
Diagnosis first, a written price second, work third. Bonnabel Air, 4501 Zenith St, Metairie, LA 70001.
